ORDER

Mr.Nanmaran, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for respondents and is armed with requisite instructions to 1/4

enable a final disposal of this matter at this juncture. Hence by consent expressed by both learned counsel, final orders are passed in this writ petition now.

The prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus simplicitor directing R1 and R2 to dispose his representation dated 14.02.2024, for which, he wants time frame to be fixed by this Court.

In view of the limited prayer sought, the exposition of facts in the writ affidavit is not adverted to as it is believed that the authority will refer to the same at the time of adjudicating the representation itself.

Mr.Nanmaran, states that representation is already under consideration and would be disposed soon. Hence, to facilitate the process, mandamus is issued to R2 to consider the on-going enquiry and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2024 after hearing him as well as any others that may thought necessary within a period of four weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. 5.

This writ petition stands disposed in terms of this order. No costs.
