JUDGMENT
Previously, when the matter was came up for hearing, Mr.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for the appellants has appeared before this Court and made a submission that in the month of June, 2018 itself, he has handed over the change of vakalath to the appellants. Subsequently, on verification of records, it seems no one has filed vakalath on behalf of the appellants. Hence, in view of the same, this Court, after recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, directed the Registry to print the name of the appellants in the cause-list and to list the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 03.02.2022. Accordingly, the case was listed today under the caption 'For dismissal'.
