Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the name of the Court mentioned in the Prayer of Crl.O.P.No.6918 of 2022 and paragraph no.1 & 6 of the common order dated 28.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.Nos.6918 of 2022 and 7915 of 2021 has been wrongly stated as "VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet" instead of "VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town". Hence, the same requires correction.

3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to correct the name of the Court as "VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town" in the prayer of Crl.O.P.No.6918 of 2022 and in paragraph 1 & 6 of the common order of this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.6918 of 2022 and 7915 of 2021, dated 28.02.2024, and to issue a fresh order copy of the corrected order to the parties forthwith.
