O R D E R
The petitioner has challenged the dismissal order passed in Election Petition, filed against the Election of Attur Municipality held on 17.10.2011 in terms of Tamil Nadu Town Panchayatars and Municipal and Corporation Councils (Elections) Rules, 1996.
2. The said Election Petition was dismissed by the learned I Additional District Judge, Salem, by the impugned order. The results of the Election which was held on 17.10.2011 and was declared on 21.10.2011.
3. Hence, nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly the same is dismissed. No costs. 29.07.2019 arb Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/No To The I Additional District Court, Salem.
