This Petition has been filed to relax the condition fully imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the Inspector of Police, Thirupathiripuliyur Police Station, Cuddalore District everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months in Crl.O.P.No.2178 of 2023 dated 01.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
