This Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.7800 of 2024 dated 22.03.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that all the retirement benefits of the petitioner, except the pension, have been disbursed. The issue relating to pension remains pending in view of the dispute raised by the petitioner regarding revision of salary. Insofar as the claim for incentive is concerned, the Hon'ble Division Bench has referred the matter before the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court.

4.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed at present. The petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition, subject to the result of the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court in respect of 2/4

the incentive.
