2.The third contemnor viz., Muthavalli of the Madharasa has filed an affidavit undertaking not to use the subject property for any other purpose than residential purpose till such time, it is able to obtain approvals as required under the statutes governing such user.

3.Recording the statement, the contempt petition is closed. It is made clear that any violation of the undertaking will be viewed seriously. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
