CRIME NO.627 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for executing the sureties as directed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.2483 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S G.BALAMANIKANDAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time for execution of sureties in pursuance of the bail order granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2483 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022.
