Though a larger relief is sought for in this writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner now restricted the relief sought for in this writ petition to the extent of considering the representation submitted by the petitioner to the respondent.

2. The writ petition is filed, seeking revision of scale of pay and the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner contended that it was implemented in respect of the Electricity Department and other Autonomous Institutions and the petitioner alone is denied the benefit of revision of pay in accordance with the Government Order. Thus, it is suffice to issue a direction to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner.
