This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that she shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26896 of 2022 dated 16.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st working of every month at 10.30 a.m., until final report is filed.
