The order is passed in a petition filed under Section 23 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 with interim relief under Section 18 (c) Domestic Violence Act thereunder. The ad-interim ex-parte order was passed against which present revision is filed.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the respondent/wife submitted that since the impugned order is an order passed under Section 23, either they have to file an appeal under Section 29 before the District Court or move the very same Magistrate for modification of the order under Section 25 (2).
