This matter is listed under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in second line of paragraph No.4 of the order dated 07.11.2024, instead of mentioning "M/s.Madras Petro-chem Limited", it is mentioned as "Madras Metro Chemical Limited". Hence, necessary correction may be carried out.

3. In view of the above, the words "M/s.Madras Petro-chem Limited" may be substituted in the place of "Madras Metro Chemical Limited". The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order dated 07.11.2024 and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
