Heard Mr.T.M.Hariharan, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.Krishna Ravindran, learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2/writ petitioners, Mr.L.P.Shanmughasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader for the third respondent and Mr.M.S.Palanisamy, learned standing counsel for the fourth respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up, both the learned counsel Mr.T.M.Hariharan and Mr.Krishna Ravindran have stated that after the election to the Tamil Nadu Film Producers Co-operative Housing Society was cancelled by order dated 4.4.2018 by the State Election Commission, this order was questioned before this Court in W.P.No.9387 of 2018 and the said writ petition was disposed of along with the writ petitions filed by the other societies by a common order dated 3.8.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench, referring the issue to be decided by the Committee for North Zone headed by Mr.Justice K.Venkataraman (Retd.). Therefore, when the issue raised in W.P.No.8003 of 2018, at the instance of the respondents 1 & 2, has been seized by the Chairperson of the Committee for North Zone, it is for the said Committee to consider the dispute on merits and pass appropriate orders. The parties are directed to co-operate with the Committee. With this observation, the writ miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
