CRIME NO.183/2013 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P. No.1328 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022 that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on every Monday and Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two months, except on court hearing dates and he shall appear before the trial court on all hearings without fail and co operate for the trail proceedings and pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble Court .

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.DINESH SHARMA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1328 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the final report has been filed and the presence of the petitioner is not required for the investigation.
