This Second Appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.300 of 2010 dated 05.01.2011 on the file of the Court of V Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in reversing the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.8968 of 2008 dated 06.08.2009 on the file of the Court of VIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. There was no representation for the appellant for the consecutive three hearings. Hence, the matter was posted today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant. In view of the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
