JUDGMENT

(Delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondent Electricity Board, we are satisfied that there is no such error so as to warrant interference with the conclusion drawn by the learned Single Judge. 2.However, keeping in view the fact that the appellant's counsel has urged that the appellant will join at the transferred place and then make a representation or a request for his suitable accommodation, we dispose of this appeal with liberty to the appellant to make a representation provided he joins at the transferred place, which shall then be considered by the competent authority and appropriate orders shall be passed thereon as expeditiously as possible.

With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Appeal stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.6548 of 2020 is closed.
