The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents, particularly, the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2012 relating to the allotment of shops to the petitioner/members in the Koyambedu Commercial Complex and not to disturb the petitioner's retail business of selling fruits vegetables and other essential commodities in front of the flower market, Koyambedu Commercial Complex. 2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Balakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would approach the appropriate Committee seeking for the relief sought for in the Writ Petition and in view of the same, the Writ Petition may be closed. 3.Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, since the petitioner - Association is inclined to approach the appropriate Committee seeking for the relief, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
