Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction made by the respondents 3 to 5 of the property bearing Plot No.3, Thiru.Vi.Ka.Nagar, Second Street, villivakkam, Chennai 600 049 forthwith.

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and makes an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, M.P. Nos.1 of 2014 and 1 of 2015 are dismissed. No costs.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents request that the cost imposed by this Court while granting adjournment on 20/4/2015, may be refunded to the respondents. The cost imposed was paid to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority. The Legal Services Authority is engaged in extension of Legal Aid and awareness and as such, the same shall not be refundable or payable to the concerned respondents.
