ORDER
Learned counsel appearing for both sides fairly stated that the order of this Court dated 13.03.2017 passed in W.P.No.6082 of 2017 has been complied with.
2. Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate, submitted that as per the direction given by this Court, the order has been duly complied with by passing a final
order dated 16.06.2017. Resultantly a cheque carrying an amount of Rs.86,955/- also has been despatched to the petitioner and the same also has been acknowledged. Even The Indian Oversees Bank Account Statement also shows that the said amount has been acknowledged.
4. In view of the same the contempt petition is closed.
