The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the summons issued to the petitioner and two others on 25.04.2016.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has died during the pendency of the present writ petition. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to implead the legal heirs of the petitioner, I do not find any justification in keeping this writ petition alive, as the petitioner has already died. No useful purpose will be served by quashing the impugned summons issued to the deceased petitioner. 2/4
