ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Chief Justice) This Public Interest Litigation filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to considering the petitioners representation dated 27.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders for closure and relocation of the TASMAC Shop bearing No.4086 and attached bar at No.1/31 Muthumariamman Kovil Street, Karishangal Road, Manimangalam Village, Kancheepuram District within a time frame fixed by this court.
2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for TASMAC, on instructions, placed a list of shops, which are proposed to be closed in which, shop No.4086 is also included.
