The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.3503 of 2014 dated 10.02.2014,

wherein this Court has directed respondents therein to count 50% of the petitioner's part time service between 12.8.1981 to 31.3.1990 on consolidated pay along with regular service from 1.4.1990 to 31.1.2012 for the purpose of pensionary benefits.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader (Edn.) for respondents.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by learned Special Government Pleader (Edn.) for respondents that the order of this Court has been complied with. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition.
