Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents to grant parole to the petitioner's father M.Rangasamy S/o.Marappa gounder, who is confined at Central Prison, for the period between 19.10.2017 and 07.11.2017 to attend their house warming ceremony on 22.10.2017 his marriage function and reception scheduled to be held on 27.10.2017 by considering his representation dated 18.09.2017.

ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in this petition is to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2017 seeking parole for his father to attend their house warming ceremony on 22.10.2017 and petitioners marriage scheduled to be held on 27.10.2017

3. I am of the view that the ends of the justice would be met if a sympathetic approach is made and the petitioner's father is granted 3 days parole, viz., 26.10.2017, 27.10.2017 and 28.10.2017. Accordingly, the 2nd respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

release the petitioner's father on parole on 26.10.2017, 27.10.2017 and 28.10.2017. The security escort shall endeavour to accompany the petitioner's father/accused in mufti clothes.
