Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioners appeals dated 01.12.2015, respectively, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners submitted that all the three writ petitioners were appointed as Technical Assistant in the office of the first respondent on 06.06.1990 and they are continuing in the same post. 3.However, the writ petitioners are of the view that their seniority have not been properly fixed in accordance with the Rules in force and in this regard, the writ petitioners have initially submitted representations to the first respondent and the same was rejected by an order dated 30.10.2015. Challenging the order passed by the first respondent, the writ petitioners have preferred appeals before the second respondent on 01.12.2015 and the same are yet to be considered. 4.Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the appeals submitted by the writ petitioners on 01.12.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Writ Petitions stand disposed of accordingly. No Costs.
