The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to strike off the plaint in O.S.No.5 of 2015 on the file of District Munsif-cumMagistrate, Nannilam, Thiruvarur District.
2. When the matter was called today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that though the petitioners had raised several grounds to strike off the plaint, he would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the Court below to expedite the suit proceedings and complete the same within the stipulated time.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent also does not have any objection to the same.
4. In the light of the submissions made by the respective counsels, the learned District Munsif-cum-Magistrate, Nannilam, Thiruvarur District is called upon to complete the suit proceedings as expeditious as possible, in any event, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
