Mr.S.Kaithamalai Kumaran, learned counsel represents that he has filed vakalat on behalf of the respondents 3 & 5. He would bring to the notice to this Court that 4th respondent died on 17.12.2020. His name is deleted from the array of the parties. There is no necessity to take steps for bringing on record the legal representatives of the legal representative, as the respondents 3 & 5 sufficiently represent estate of the deceased 1st respondent.

2. I have gone through the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and I am satisfied with the reasons given in the petitions.
