Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders for settlement of retirement benefits with regular pension from the date of retirement on 31.01.2011 along with interest for the delay within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition amending the prayer and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording his statement and granting permission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty. Consequently, W.M.P.No.8321 of 2018 is also dismissed. No costs.
