ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the execution proceedings in E.P. No.116 of 2013 in Arbitration OP No.3057 of 2011 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Peramblur.

2. Upon service, Mr.K.Moorthy, learned counsel has appeared for the respondent bank.

3. On 22.04.2019, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested the other side to give copies of invoice and insurance. The same have been produced, today. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to pay the balance amount, within a period of four weeks.

4. The Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. The respondent shall not preciptate the execution proceedings for the period till 10.06.2019. In the event of payment not being made on or before 10.06.2019, the respondent / decree holder is free to proceed further.
