Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Section 379 of IPC r/w.21(1)(IV) of Mines and Minerals Act in Crime No. 294 of 2016, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that the petitioner is not an accused in this crime number and he is not wanted for arrest by the respondent police.

3.The said statement made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) is recorded and accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
