This original petition filed under Sections 3, 7 to 10 of the Guardian & Wards Act, 1890 and under Order XXI Rule 2 and 3 of the Original Side Rules seeking to declare the petitioner as the Guardian of the person of the minor children Sidharth and Sindhu, both aged 11 years and to have custody of both the minor Sidharth and Sindhu.

2. The parties have filed a joint memo. The parties are also present and have affirmed that they have entered into a compromise. The memo is taken on file.
3. In view of the join memo, the petitioner is appointed as the guardian of the minor children Sidharth and Sindhu. She shall also have custody of the children. The father will have a right to visit the children whenever he is in India. The following order is made for visitation:- The respondent / father can take the children to his house on Saturdays by 3 pm and drop them back on Sunday by 9 am. If Saturdays happen to be work days then the visitation will be between 11 am and 7 pm on Sunday. If the parties require any modification on visitation rights granted they will be free to move this Court. The parties bear their own costs. In view of the above, this original petition is disposed of in terms of compromise. Consequently, connected application is closed.
