The petitioners have filed this writ petition to call for the records relating to the order No.V-15014/CISF/NLC(N)/BSector/Disc/Maj/MAB/12-1029, dated 10.10.2012 passed by the fourth respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay all benefits.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. Page No.2 of 5

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
