Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in pursuant to proceeding in Pa.Mu.32861/2017-M.3 dated 08.06.2017 passed by the respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to renew the petitioner's gun license with effect from 31.12.2017.

Therefore, this Court has directed the matter to be listed on 18.11.2021. Even today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case any further. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
