(Order of the Court was made by V.M.VELUMANI, J.) This Court, by the common order dated 01.11.2022, disposed of both the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, in terms of the joint memo of compromise dated 01.11.2022, granting time to the parties to exchange their articles and report before this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance', Mr.M.Pragadeeswaran, learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as Ms.S.Meenakshi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the joint memo of compromise, the respondent/ wife had returned the articles to the appellant/husband and the order of this Court dated 01.11.2022 has been complied with.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in both the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.
