ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.82 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) opposed grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that these petitioners have attacked the defacto complainant and his uncle with deadly weapons causing 7 stitches in the fore head of the defacto complainant and his uncle was treated as out patient and the defacto complainant was in-patient for more than two weeks.

3. Since these petitioners are absconding and the respondent police is not able to proceed with the investigation grant of anticipatory bail to these petitioners is not conducive for investigation and safety of the victims. Hence, the anticipatory bail petition is dismissed.
