2. Learned counsel for appellant submits that the matter has become infructuous since the related case in H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2011 on the file of learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri, has been disposed of on 03.10.2013 and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
