Mr.R.Muthukumar COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The respondent husband filed H.M.O.P.No.459 of 2014 on the file of the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai, against the appellant wife seeking divorce and the appellant wife filed H.M.O.P.No.2561 of 2017 in the same Court, seeking restitution of conjugal rights. The divorce petition filed by the respondent husband was allowed and

the petition filed by the wife for restitution of conjugal rights was dismissed. Therefore, as against these orders, these two civil miscellaneous appeals were filed by the appellant wife.

2. Since there was some chance of settlement between the parties, this Court has already referred these matters to the Mediation Centre for mediation and conciliation. Ultimately, during mediation, settlement has been reached between the parties, which has been reduced into a joint compromise memo by both the appellant and the respondent dated 18.06.2025, where, both the appellant and the respondent have signed, along with their respective learned counsel.

3. The joint compromise memo, in original, has been forwarded by the Mediation Centre along with the Mediation Report dated 18.06.2025.

4. We have gone through the joint compromise memo and noted its contents and also heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

5. Since there has been a complete settlement between the

parties, as reduced into writing in the said joint compromise memo dated 18.06.2025, recording the same, we are inclined to dispose of these civil miscellaneous appeals. The joint compromise memo filed by the appellant and respondent dated 18.06.2025 shall form part of this order.
