ORDER
Mr.P.Godson Swaminath, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.I.Arokiasamy, Learned Government Advocate for the Respondents are present.
2.It is represented, on behalf of the Respondents, by the Learned Government Advocate that the order dated 03.12.2013 in W.P.No.30171 of 2011 passed by this Court was complied with, as per G.O.(Ms)No.04, Differently Abled Welfare (Ma.Thi.Na.1) Department dated 02.02.2016. But, this fact is not accepted on behalf of the Petitioner. 3.At this stage, it is brought to the notice of this Court, on behalf of the Petitioner, that the Respondents had complied with the order dated 03.12.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30171 of 2011 only partially and had granted monitory benefits only from 01.12.2013 to 31.12.2015 aggregating to Rs.3,68,608/- approximately. In effect, the dispute still persists between the Petitioner and the Respondents in respect of the period from 01.06.2008 to 30.11.2013.
4.In view of the fact that the Petitioner is not fully satisfied with the G.O.(Ms)No.04, dated 02.02.2016 as stated supra, in the interest of Justice, liberty is granted to the Petitioner/School to work out its remedy
before the Competent Forum in the manner known to Law and in accordance with Law, if they so desire/advised. 5.In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition is closed.
