kyl VII Rule 11 of CPC. According to him, the suit itself has been dismissed on 17.06.2015 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this civil revision petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
