COMMON ORDER When the civil revision petition was came up for hearing on 01.12.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, Registry was directed to list the matter on 04.12.2025 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 04.12.2025, due to paucity of time, the matter was not taken up for hearing and the matter was directed to be listed on 05.12.2025 under the same caption.
