Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider and pass orders on the Appeal dated 18.12.2023 submitted by the Petitioner challenging the Order of the District Registrar (Administration) in Na.Ka.No.2179/Aa6/2022 dated 26.09.2022 and consequent Fraudulent encumbrances namely the Registration of Release Deed in Document No.1530 of 2022 dated 09.11.2022 and Sale Deed in Document No.1812 of 2023 dated 26.10.2023 on the file of SRO, Tharangambadi, Mayiladuthurai District relating to the Registered Settlement Deed dated 29.10.2010 in Document No.1348 of 2010 on the file of SRO, Tharangambadi.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of his appeal dated 18.12.2023 pending on the file of the respondents 1 and 2, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 6 to 9, notice to them in this writ petition is dispensed with.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents 1 and 2, if the petitioner's appeal dated 18.12.2023 is directed to be disposed of by them, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after hearing the objections of the respondents 6 to 9, and by adhering to principles of natural justice. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents 1 to 2 to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's appeal dated 18.12.2023, after hearing the objections of the respondents 6 to 9, and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
