..Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records connected with impugned order of transfer passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2801/Aa3/2013, dated 11.09.2013 and quash the same.

ORDER
It is seen that the petitioner has been transferred to four stations by transfer order dated 12.07.2013, 15.07.2013, 16.08.2013 and 11.09.2013. By virtue of last order dated 11.09.2013, the petitioner, as Headmistress, is sought to be transferred from Pulimedu Panchayat Union Middle School to Kurumalai Panchayat Union Middle School. The order dated 11.09.2013, prima facie, makes it clear that the same has been passed as a punishment, in view of the remarks made in the said order, hence this Court granted an order of interim stay on 24.09.2013.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that this writ petition relates to impugned transfer order, and this Court, while entertaining the petition, granted interim stay and thereafter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the respondents, in compliance of the stay order have not forced the transfer order on the petitioner.

Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter being related to transfer, and the petitioner having allowed to continue in the same post in view of the interim order granted by this Court, after lapse of seven years, nothing survives for further adjudication.
