The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent raised an objection, stating that the reasons for condoning the delay of 135 days are inadequate.

2. However, this Court is of the opinion that the delay cannot be considered enormous to the extent of declining the relief.

3. Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition to condone the delay of 135 days in filing the writ appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
