Application No.1307 of 2021 in C.S.No.579 of 2019 DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J., This application is filed by the defendant to permit them to file reply to the reply statement filed by the plaintiff.

2.It is a suit filed for recovery of money from the Insurance Company towards the loss incurred due to the fire accident. To the plaint, written statement has been filed by the defendant. In response to the averments in the written statement, the plaintiff filed the Application No.2037 of 2020 seeking leave of the Court to file reply statement along with Document No.36 to Document No.46. This Court has allowed that application on 15.03.2021. Meanwhile, the present application is filed to file reply to the reply statement, since new documents and new facts have been brought in by the plaintiff in reply statement. 3.Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that they have no objection for allowing this application and take the reply statement of the defendant on file. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
