A.No.1458 of 2019 in TOS.No.40 of 2016 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., This application has been filed seeking comparison of the signature found in the Will in question with the admitted signature of the deceased Tmt.P.L.Meenal.

2. The admitted signature of the deceased Tmt.P.L.Meenal found in the letter dated 14.11.2012 addressed by her to the State Bank of India, Perungudi Branch as a partner of Sri Meenakshi Packwood has been summoned from the Bank and the same has been produced.

3. Considering the contentions raised by either parties, I am of the considered opinion that the comparison of signature of the deceased Tmt.P.L.Meenal is absolutely essential for this Court to reach a fair conclusion in respect of execution of the Will.

R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., dsa III Floor, Broadway Road, Chennai - 600 108 is appointed as an Advocate Commissioner to take the original Will along with the original letter dated 14.11.2012 to the Director, Forensic Sciences Department, Mylapore, Chennai - 4 for comparison.

5. The Registry is directed to issue Warrant of Commission by 04.04.2019.

6. The Commissioner is required to file a report by 29.04.2019.

7. The applicant shall pay initial remuneration of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) to the Commissioner on or before 05.04.2019.
