Today none appeared on behalf of the appellant. The learned counsel for the respondent is present.

This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to stay all further proceedings in FCIA No.2 of 2020 in FCOP No. 07 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpet.

This Court by order dated 10.02.2023 granted interim stay on condition that the appellant shall pay 50% of arrears of maintenance as awarded by the Family Court, Chengalpet in I.A.No.02 of 2020. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.03.2023, this Court directed the appellant to comply with the above directions of this Court forthwith and observed that the said interim stay shall stand vacated automatically, if the appellant fails to comply with the said conditional order.

Today, the learned counsel for the respondent represented before this Court that the appellant has not complied with the conditional order till date.

ak In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the interim stay already granted by this Court dated 10.02.2023 is vacated.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
