ORDER
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Today, when the matter is listed for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that, in compliance to the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.11028 of 2006 dated 10.09.2012 and W.A.No.28 of 2014 dated 05.04.2018, permission was granted to revise the pension of the writ petitioner, vide G.O.(4D)No.4, Educational Department, dated 21.04.2023. To that effect, the above Government Order dated 21.04.2023 is also placed before this Court.
2. He further submitted that, since the writ petitioner died pending writ appeal, revised pensionary benefits would be paid to the legal heir of the deceased writ petitioner.
