ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner, being the wife and legal heir of the deceased appellant to continue the above appeal on behalf of the deceased appellant. 2.The petitioner is the legal heir of appellant/ G.Chandrasekaran/Accused in Special Case No.4 of 2009, who was convicted by the trial Court by a judgment dated 24.05.2017. Aggrieved by the said conviction, the accused/G.Chandrasekaran filed the above appeal. During the pendency of the appeal, the said Chandrasekaran, a public servant, passed away on 22.10.2024. The petitioner produced the affidavit from other 2/4
legal heirs giving no objection to pursue the appeal and the Death Certificate and Legal Heir Certificate of G.Chandrasekaran/appellant.
3. The learned Government Advocate has no objection in allowing this petition.
4.In view of the same, leave granted.
