ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner complains of what the petitioner perceives to be a disproportionate punishment handed down to the petitioner upon certain files being discovered to have gone missing.

2. The petitioner says that he is due to retire in May, 2021 and unless the order of punishment is stayed and the appeal filed before the Registrar-General disposed of, the petitioner's retiral benefits may be in complete disarray. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Without going into the merits of the matter, the Registrar-General is requested to ensure that the appeal preferred by the petitioner is disposed of in accordance with law within three weeks from date.

4. W.P.No.7527 of 2021 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.8052 of 2021 is closed.
