ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass petitioner and his family members without any reasonable cause.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has served as sergeant in Indian Air Force and after his retirement, now he is working as Chief Administrative Officer in the schools. He further submitted that the second respondent unnecessarily harassing the petitioner without disclosing any reason and hence he requests to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners and his family members.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that since some complaints were received against the petitioner, only for enquiry purpose, he was called for and he was not subjected to any harassment.
4. If any complaint filed against the petitioner and if the complaint discloses any cognizable offence, the second respondent has to register a case. In case, the complaint does not disclose any cognizable offence, the second respondent can conduct prelimanary enquiry with the complainant and if the said enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, he can register a case and proceed further in accordance with law. Instead of that he should not unnecessarily harass the petitioner.
5. With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
