ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 15.10.2022 to survey the agricultural land admeasuring an extent of 2.14 acres of agricultural lands bearing old Survey No.607 new survey no.607/3 of Karadanoor Village, Balethottam Revenue Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

In order to survey the land of the petitioner at Old Survey No.607, New Survey No.607/3 situated at Karadanoor Village, Balethottam Revenue Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District, the petitioner had given a representation-cum-application dated 15.10.2022 and on 27.09.2022 itself the petitioner had paid the necessary fee to that effect. Therefore, in order to consider the said application and to do the needful the petitioner has moved the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. Heard Ms.L.Aishwarya Lakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

would submit that the said application submitted by the petitioner would be considered and the needful would be undertaken by the first respondent within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 15.10.2022 and do the needful by completing the survey within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
